How do I enable Account Discovery?

This feature is available with some paid plans

To activate Account Discovery and prompt people with your email domain to join your organization's Bitly account, you'll need to verify your own email address on that domain.

This setting can be enabled by Account Admins.

To enable this setting and verify your domain:

1. Click Settings in the left sidebar.
   
   
   
   
2. Select Account Discovery.
   
   
   
   
3. Select an email domain and click Verify. The domain selection is based on the verified email addresses in your account.
   You must own the email domain. Public email domains like gmail, yahoo, and others cannot be reserved for Account Discovery.
   
   
    
4. Click to toggle Make my account discoverable to this domain.
   
   
   
   
5. Click Save in the lower right corner.
   
   

Now, when someone with your email domain registers for Bitly, they will be asked if they want to join your account.
