This feature is available with some paid plans
There are two ways to connect people from your organization to your shared Bitly account:
- You can invite them by adding them to your account.
- They can request access to your account when their email address matches on one of your verified email domains. This matching is done through Account Discovery.
When you enable Account Discovery, a user who signs up with your email domain will see a screen asking them if they'd like to join your organization's account.
Once they request access, an account administrator will grant them permission through Settings and they will be updated by email.
