How do I approve a user who requested access to our Bitly account?

This feature is available with some paid plans

if you've set up Account Discovery on your Bitly account, new users with email addresses that share your domain will be asked if they want access to your account. When they request access, all account admins will receive an email notification and can approve the user's access in Settings.

To approve a user's Account Disovery request:

1. Go to Settings in the left sidebar.
   
   
   
   
2. Click Approve to the right of the user's request.
   
   
   
   
3. Select the user's group and account administrative permissions and click Add user.
   
   
   
   
4. The new user will receive an email to let them know they've been approved. They'll then join your account with one click!
