There are a few reasons you may be unable to edit or redirect your link:
- The custom domain is no longer active in your account — If you've removed your custom domain from your account or switched to a new one, links previously created with that custom domain cannot be redirected or edited. To edit or redirect these links, re-add your domain.
- You downgraded your account after creating the link — If you downgrade to a subscription plan that doesn't include a custom domain, you're no longer able to edit or redirect any links that use that domain. To edit or redirect your links, upgrade to a plan that includes a custom domain.
- The link has been auto-branded — With auto-branding, links to some websites automatically use the site owner's custom domain rather than bit.ly. You can choose to use your own custom domain to shorten these links, but once they've been shortened with the auto-branded domain, they can't be edited or redirected.
