You can change or cancel your Bitly plan at any time. Which would you like to do?
Change your plan
Here's what happens when you change plans:
- If you change to a higher paid plan or from monthly to annual billing — your subscription changes immediately and you'll pay a prorated amount based on the time left in your current billing period.
- If you change to a lower paid plan or from annual to monthly billing — your subscription will continue on your existing plan until the end of month or year you've already paid for. Learn more about moving from annual to monthly billing.
For custom Enterprise plans, contact your account manager to help you select the best plan. For all others, follow these steps.
To change your subscription:
- Log in to your Bitly account.
- Click Settings in the left sidebar.
- Under Account settings, click Billing and usage.
- In the plan details section, click Manage Plan.
- Select your new plan from the pricing page.
- Depending on your selection, you may be asked to confirm your choice.
- You'll then view the confirmation page and can continue to your account.
Cancel your plan
If you cancel your subscription, you'll continue to have access to all of the advanced features you've already paid for, until the end of your current billing period. Once your billing period ends, your subscription will revert back to the Free plan.
Canceling your plan does not initiate a refund. Learn more about our refund policy.
