I didn't receive the password reset email
If you haven't received the password reset email, check for these potential issues:
- Are you using your account's primary email address? While you can have multiple email addresses in your Bitly account, only the primary email address can be used to sign in or reset your password.
- Have you checked your junk and spam folders? The password reset email comes from no-reply@accounts.bitly.com. Check your junk and spam folders for this email, if you haven't already.

The link in the email doesn't work
If you've received the email but the link to reset your password doesn't work, it may have expired. The link is valid for 30 minutes.
Request a new password reset link from the Bitly login page. Click Forgot your password? and then wait for the new email.
