Bitly has introduced a new navigation menu and interface!
Learn how to switch the look of your Bitly account.
If your company restricts or filters IP Addresses on its network, then you will need to whitelist Bitly’s IP Addresses. This is typically done through your IT Department. IP Address restricting is typically used by larger organizations that have set up extra security parameters. It will be important to whitelist Bitly’s IP Address to ensure they are not accidentally flagged as malicious.
Bitly currently serves our applications via the following IP address which will need to be whitelisted on your company's network:
- The IP addresses are in CIDR notation.
- In order to access all of our services, please ensure that TCP ports 80, and 443 are allowed via the IP range above.
- These IPs may change in the future, and we will keep this page up to date.
