If you have an Enterprise subscription, contact your Account Manager for help with your billing information and invoices.
To view your billing information:
- Log in to your Bitly account.
- Click Settings in the left sidebar.
- Under Account settings, select Billing and usage. (Make sure you have the correct group selected.)
- Scroll down to Billing history. This shows your most recent invoices.
To download an invoice, click the date. To view all invoices, click See all.
