If you have an Enterprise subscription, contact your Account Manager for help with your billing information and invoices.
To view your billing information:
- Log in to your Bitly account.
- Click Settings in the left sidebar.
- Under Account settings, select Billing and usage.
If you're in multiple accounts, make sure you select the correct one. For example, in this screenshot, we want to view invoices for Bitly Help Center rather than the Bitly account.
- Scroll down to Billing history. This shows your most recent invoices.
- To download an invoice, click the invoice date. To view all invoices, click See all.
