In compliancee with GDPR, CCPA, and many other regulations, any Bitly user may request a copy of all of their personal data stored by Bitly.
To make this subject access request:
- Click Settings.
- Scroll down to SAR Report at the bottom of the page and click Request report.
Bitly will compile a complete inventory of all data that Bitly has stored about you and deliver it via email within 24 hours.
If you are not a registered user of Bitly, then we do not store any personal information about you. While we do collect metrics from every click, these are limited to the contents of the HTTP header, and are always anonymized and aggregated before being processed, stored, or displayed in our products.
