Engagement data, available with some paid plans, shows how many clicks and scans your links and QR Codes have gotten. Depending on your subscription plan, your metrics include referrers — the places where your links were shared and clicked.
Scans from a QR Code are shown as Bitly QR Code in the referrers list. Similarly, clicks from your Link-in-bio are shown as Bitly Link-in-bio. Clicks from emails and text messages, plus any time a link was pasted or typed directly into a browser, are shown as Direct.
