When you add a custom domain to your account, you're given the option to make it available for use in all of your groups or just certain ones. To add it to additional groups later (for example, because you created a new group), follow these steps.
There are two ways to do this. In the settings for your custom domain, you can add it to multiple groups at once. If you only need to add it to one group, you can do that from the group's settings.

Add the custom domain to one group via group settings
Any account admin or group admin can follow these steps to add a custom domain to a group.
To add a custom domain to a group:
- Log in to your Bitly account.
- Click Settings in the left sidebar.
- Click Groups under Account settings.
- On the group details page, click Add Custom Domain.
- Select one or more custom domains.
- Click Save Domains.
Add the custom domain to multiple groups via custom domain settings
Only account admins have access to custom domain settings.
To add a custom domain to multiple groups:
- Log in to your Bitly account.
- Click Custom domain in the left sidebar.
- Next to your custom domain, click Manage.
- Under Groups, click Add a group.
- Select one or more groups.
- Click Save groups.
