f you've shared the Short Link associated with your QR Code, the data for that link includes scan data. You can also view scan data for any of your QR Codes by going to the QR Code page in your Bitly account.
What metrics are available for each Bitly Code?
For each QR Code in your account, you can view:
- Performance vs. the previous period: Compare changes next to each metric across all modules.
- Total scans (for the maximum duration available with your subscription plan)
- Scans by day
- Scans by location
- Scans by browser
- Scans by operating system

Changes to QR Code
View Bitly Code scan data
To view scan data for a Bitly Code:
- Log in to your Bitly account.
- Click QR Codes in the left sidebar.

Select your QR Code from the list. Use search or filters to find it, if necessary.
Note: The number engagements shown in this list is the total for the maximum duration available on your subscription plan. Visit our pricing page to view your limits.

Change the date range for your data
To change the date range for your data, click the date selector. Select a preset window or manually select dates from the dropdown menu. Then click Apply.
Your data will automatically compare against the equivalent prior period.
To turn off period-over period comparisons
turn off period-over-period comparisons for all modules:
- Click Previous period at the top of the Scan data section.

Select No comparison from the drop down.
Select Previous comparison to turn period-over period comparisons back on.

Click + Compare at the top of the module to turn comparisons back on.
