What is Salesforce Social Studio?
Social Studio is a content management suite for you to manage, schedule, create, and monitor posts. Organize your social posts by brand, region, or multiple teams and access real-time publishing and engagement.

Why should I enable this integration?
When you create a post through Social Studio, you can include shortened links based on your Bitly settings. This gives you the ability to brand the links and track their click metrics through Bitly's dashboard.
In Social Studio, the number of link clicks don’t appear in the performance metrics for the post unless you've integrated with Bitly.
Who can set this up?
A Social Studio administrator with access to a Bitly account.

How do I connect Salesforce Social Studio to Bitly?
- Access Workspace Settings.
- Click Bitly Tracking.
- Click + Add New.
- Select SIGN IN WITH YOUR BITLY ACCOUNT.
- Enter your Bitly login credentials.
- Authorize Social Studio.
- If you have multiple Bitly accounts, you can set one as a publish default or as an engage default.
