Sprinklr has migrated to the latest version of the Bitly API! To update the integration on your account, go to your URL Shortener settings and follow the prompt to re-add Bitly.
What is Sprinklr?
Sprinklr is an enterprise software platform for managing your social marketing and customer interactions. It includes a core marketing product and added features to do everything from posting to your social channels to supporting your customers.
Why should I enable this integration?
Go beyond Sprinklr's simple link click tracking by connecting to Bitly for advanced link analytics and performance metrics. Once connected, you can create short links from Sprinklr's client management settings. These links will use your domain from Bitly, and all your click data will continue to be tracked in your Bitly account.
Who can set this up?
A Sprinklr administrator with access to a Bitly login. If you have multiple Sprinklr licenses, we recommend creating unique Bitly users for each license so that you can segment your analytics accordingly.
While we are happy to help you with Bitly troubleshooting, like verifying your rate limits, Sprinklr built this integration and can help you if encounter any problems.
