Bitly provides support for bitly.com, the WordPress plugin, our Android and iOS apps, and our browser extensions for Chrome, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge.
We also allow third-party tools that use our API and don't violate our Terms Of Service. However, we offer very limited support for external products because we have no control over them. For help with these tools, refer to the product's documentation and support team.
For example, when connecting Twilio to Bitly, we can help you generate an OAuth token because it's generated in Bitly. For help with Twilio itself, you'll need to go to Twilio Support.
You can view a list of integrated products on our App Connectors page.
