If you received a notification of a failed payment attempt or just want to use a new payment method, you can update your payment details in your account settings.
Note that in the event of a failed payment, four payment attempts will be made before your account is automatically downgraded.
If you have an Enterprise subscription, contact your account manager to change your payment info.
To update your payment details:
- Log in to your Bitly account.
- Click Settings.
- Under Account settings, click Billing and usage.
- Scroll down to Billing details. Next to Payment method, click Change.
- Enter your updated payment information, then click Save.
