If you have an Enterprise plan, reach out to your account manager to change payment information.
- Please note, if you have received a notification of a failed payment attempt, four automatic payment attempts will be made before your account is automatically downgraded.
You can update the billing information for your subscription by following the steps below:
- Log in to your account and click on your Profile settings (next to the Create button).
- Click on Account Settings.
- Under Account Details click Billing.
- Click on Edit under Billing Information and from there you can edit your payment method.
