If you need to update the billing information for your subscription, because you want to use a new payment method or because you received a notification of a failed payment attempt, follow the steps below.
Note that in the event of a failed payment, four payment attempts will be made before your account is automatically downgraded.
If you have an Enterprise plan, reach out to your account manager to change payment information.
- Log in to Bitly.
- Click Settings.
- Under Account settings, click Account details.
- Click the Billing tab.
- From this menu you can edit your billing information, update your payment method, and view and download invoices.
