If you need to update the billing information for your subscription because you want to use a new payment method or because you received a notification of a failed payment attempt, follow these steps.
Note that in the event of a failed payment, four payment attempts will be made before your account is automatically downgraded.
If you have an Enterprise subscription, contact your account manager to change your payment info.
- Log in to your Bitly account.
- Click Settings.
- Under Account settings, click Billing and usage.
- Scroll down to Billing details. Next to Payment method, click Change.
- Enter your updated payment information, then click Save.
