If you have an Enterprise plan, reach out to your account manager to change payment information.
- Please note, if you have received a notification of a failed payment attempt, four automatic payment attempts will be made before your account is automatically downgraded.
You can update the billing information for your subscription by following the steps below:
- Log in to your account and click on the profile menu (next to the Create button). Select Settings.
- Under Account settings, click Account details. Click the Billing tab.
- From this menu you can edit your billing information, update your payment method, and view and download invoices
