Located in your account settings, the CSV bulk shortening page shows the status of all bulk link files uploaded to your account. This can help you troubleshoot bulk upload errors, check the status of a large upload, or view all short links from a single upload.
To check the status of a bulk upload:
- Log in to your Bitly account.
- Click Settings in the left sidebar.
- Under Account settings, click CSV bulk shortening.
- Each file uploaded to your account is listed on this page, along with its status.
To check for errors with specific links or to view all short links created from a single CSV file, click download for that file. We have a guide to all of the error codes for bulk uploads.
