Bitly paid customers have the ability to add additional user seats to their bitly account in order to better segment and filter data. In order to set up a new user to your account, select "manage users" from the admin panel drop down - located where your user name is displayed. Once here, you can chose to "add a user", or make changes to your existing users. If you have utilized all of your user seats, please contact your Customer Success Manager or email@example.com to purchase additional users. To add a user, you will need to fill in their name, username and email address. Keep in mind that usernames cannot be edited/changed once they are set up. In addition, email addresses can only be associated with one bitly account. Once you set up the account the user will then receive an email asking them to set their password.
If the user you wish to add already has their own Bitly account, you will need to contact your Customer Success Manager or firstname.lastname@example.org who will be able to merge their account with your Bitly Enterprise account.
