On your iPad you can go to bitly.com to view, save, and share shortlinks. You won't be able to use the bitmarklet or Chrome Extension, but you can also easily save and share using 'Email Share' or via 'Paste a link here' on bitly.com.

In your settings, you will see a tab entitled 'Saving'. There you'll find your unique secret code that you'll need for email sharing and saving.

Saving via email:

Email any link to save@yoursecretcode.bitmark.me to add it to your bitmarks.

1. Put the title in the subject field.
2. Put the URL in the message body.
3. The rest of the message will become notes.
4. The shortlink will be saved according to your default privacy setting.

Sharing via email:
Email to share@yoursecretcode.bitmark.me to also share the link to Facebook or Twitter. You'll have to go to your settings and select, which accounts (Twitter and Facebook) you'd like as your default.

The message of the body will be stored as notes and sent as the share message (truncated for Twittter when necessary).
